Thanks for all you help those of you who have posted in here,

I've been running around for ages with no luck after choosing to take and completing the Margrid quest. I went to Yohlon Haven and exited through the NW portal and Margrid was stood there with a nice shiny ! so now I've got the Primary quest No Me, No Kormir.

everyone whos posted since the "dockmaster fix" had a different problem stemming from Magrid/Whispers sidequests

if you have the Centaur hero, you are beyond the Dockmaster

Yeah, if the dockmaster doesn't have that for you, then that's obviously not where you are stuck. Perhaps if you actually want some help bas it would be useful to know what the last mission you did was, what heroes you have now and perhaps even your sunspear rank.
Have you checked out all the npc's in the command post? have you looked at the spots where Margrid and Whispers have been reported to be found in this thread for missing quest lines?
